These terms govern use of varahiinteriors.com, published by Varahi Interiors. Pratiba Choudary is the founder and principal designer. The studio designs luxury residential interiors across Vijayawada, Amaravati, and Guntur, from Flat 403, Ayra's Brundavanam, Nandivelugu Rd, opp. Water Tanks, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522017, India.

By using the site you agree to these terms. A commissioned home is also covered by the written agreement for that project. Where the two differ, the written project agreement governs the work in that home.

The rooms, photographs, drawings, layouts, material notes, and written descriptions on this website are the design lookbook of Varahi Interiors. They are shown so that a visitor can understand the studio’s work. Viewing them does not transfer any right in them.

The lookbook, including its photographs and the way each room is composed, is the intellectual property of Varahi Interiors. The studio’s emblem, wordmark, and the words “Varahi Interiors” are also the studio’s. You may not copy, republish, crop for another business, or use a lookbook image, drawing, or layout in your own commercial work without written permission from the studio.

You may share a link to a page. A private reference, such as sending a family member a link while you are choosing a studio, is welcome. Lifting a photograph or a millwork detail to brief another workshop is not.

Drawings, specifications, and design notes prepared for a consultation or a commission are made for that residence and remain the intellectual property of Varahi Interiors. The homeowner may use them with the studio to complete that home.

They are not a licence to republish the design, to have the same millwork produced by another workshop, or to reuse the drawings on another property, unless the studio agrees in writing. Plans, photographs, and other material you supply remain yours. The studio may use them only for your project, and as described in the Privacy Policy.

An enquiry, a phone call, a WhatsApp message, or a design sitting is a conversation. It is not yet a commission. Work begins when the studio and the homeowner agree in writing on the scope for that home.

The website describes the practice. It does not quote a price, offer goods for sale, or promise a start date. Any figure or programme discussed for a particular house is given privately and belongs to that conversation.

The studio may photograph work it has designed and may show those photographs in the lookbook, on this website, and on the studio Instagram account @varahi.interiors. Homes are shown as design, not as a directory of private addresses.

A homeowner who would prefer that photographs of their home not be published can say so in writing to [email protected] before the photographs are released. The studio will respect that request for photographs still within its control.

You may browse the site for your own information. Please do not attempt to interfere with it, scrape it in bulk, or present it as the work of another studio. Pages may change as projects and the lookbook are updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, have jurisdiction over disputes that arise from use of this website. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
