The studio

Varahi Interiors is a luxury residential studio in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Pratiba Choudary is the founder and principal designer. The studio designs and makes homes across Vijayawada, Amaravati, and Guntur.

This policy describes personal information the studio receives through this website, by telephone, by email, on WhatsApp, and during a design consultation. It is written for homeowners and families who are considering a project, and for anyone who writes to the studio.

The studio’s address is Flat 403, Ayra's Brundavanam, Nandivelugu Rd, opp. Water Tanks, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522017, India. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected] or by calling +91 98499 51115.

Enquiries

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address, city, the kind of work you are considering, and a short note about the house. That message is delivered to the studio inbox at [email protected] so Pratiba Choudary or the studio can reply. The same details may arrive by email, by a phone call, or in a WhatsApp message to +91 98499 51115.

A WhatsApp conversation is also held by WhatsApp. The studio receives the message you send and uses it only to continue that conversation about your home.

Design consultations

A consultation is private. To design a home, the studio may record floor plans you share, room measurements, photographs of the existing house, material and finish preferences, notes from an on-site or iPad design sitting, and the correspondence that follows.

Those records are used to understand the house and to prepare drawings, specifications, and the work itself. They are not used to advertise to other families, and they are not sold. Measurements and preferences stay with the project they belong to.

If a home is part of a building under construction, the studio may exchange the details needed for that flat with the builder and with the homeowners of that flat. That exchange is limited to the work being carried out.

Who else sees it

Project information is shared only as far as the work requires: with carpenters and specialist makers producing millwork for that home, and with the builder when the project is carried out alongside one. An email service delivers website enquiries to the studio. The website is hosted so that it can be served to visitors, and the host may keep ordinary technical logs, such as an address used to request a page.

The studio does not sell personal information and does not pass enquiry lists to other businesses. Information may be disclosed if the law requires it.

How long it is kept

An enquiry that does not become a project is kept long enough to answer you and any follow-up, then removed when it is no longer needed. Drawings, measurements, and correspondence for a commissioned home are kept for the life of that commission and as a studio record of work that was made.

You may ask the studio to correct something that is wrong, or to delete an enquiry that did not become a project. Write to [email protected]. A request that concerns a finished or ongoing commission is handled so that the studio can still meet its obligations for that home.

This website

The public site does not run advertising trackers and does not ask you to create an account. Pages you open are requested from the host in the ordinary way. The enquiry form is the only place the site asks you to type personal details.

The studio designs homes for families. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The studio treats personal information in keeping with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This page will be updated if the practice changes. The date at the top is the date of the current text. Use of the site after an update is subject to the text then published here.
