What we source
The studio specifies doors, boards, and built-ins from established mills — Greenply, Sterling, and equivalents — then we draw the joinery to those grades. Four groups. Not a page per product.
Teakwood main doors, flush and pine interiors, designer veneer, and waterproof WPC where wet edges need them. We judge a door by the installed leaf — the grain, the reveal, the closer — not by a mill brochure.
HDHMR, BWP / BWR / MR+ grades, Greenply or Sterling, shuttering where the site needs it, and WPC plywood for wet zones. The stamp is written into the drawing before a carpenter measures the run.
Modular kitchens, swing and sliding wardrobes, TV units, and wall panelling — hardware and shutters specified with the board. One kitchen and one wardrobe, drawn around how you cook and dress. See kitchens and wardrobes in the lookbook.
Gypsum ceilings with cove lighting, wall décor and paint, blinds, and décor units — finished as part of the same drawing set, so the wet wall and the shutter read as one house.
