How we work

Draw first.
Then we build.

One walk-through — from the first plan to an installed kitchen or wardrobe. Not fifteen factory stories. The rooms come first; the millwork follows the drawing.

01

Draw

See the rooms before a board is cut

Every turnkey home starts with 2D plans and 3D visualisation. The family walks the living room, the kitchen run, and the wardrobe elevation on paper and on screen — so the plan, the light, and the storage agree before we specify a single grade.

02

Specify

Write the board into the drawing

Door type, board grade, and hardware go on the same sheet as the elevation. Greenply, Sterling, HDHMR, BWP or WPC — chosen for the room, not left for the site to decide. We specify mills; we do not run them.

03

Make

Fit the kitchen to the house

Carpenters cut, edge, and set each kitchen or wardrobe to that drawing. Pratiba and the studio walk site until the shutters and hardware sit as drawn — one kitchen or one wardrobe at a time, not a catalogue drop-in.

04

Hand over

Leave a room you can live in

The last visit is an installed kitchen or wardrobe in a finished room — ceilings, wet areas, and paint already in the same drawing set. Photographed, then lived in. That is the brief we hand over.
